Erbe Singapore is looking for a
Associate Training Manager (m/f/d)
Ihre Verantwortung
- Lead training and clinical education across the Asia-Pacific region, partnering with healthcare professionals, distributors, and commercial teams.
- Take ownership of the Erbe Academy at the German Centre in Singapore, managing a state-of-the-art training facility and ensuring excellent equipment readiness and utilization.
- Deliver impactful hands-on workshops and frequent small-group training sessions for visiting healthcare professionals from across APAC.
- Design and implement innovative learning programmes, combining classroom, digital, and practical training approaches to strengthen product and clinical expertise.
- Work in an international role with regular travel across APAC, collaborating with colleagues, clinicians, and industry experts to advance medical education and patient care.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Ideally 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications within a medical device company. (applications from candidates with less experience are also encouraged)
- Highly proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to set independent objectives and ensure their successful execution.
- Strong team orientation, with a positive attitude and flexibility to contribute beyond core responsibilities when required.
