Erbe Middle East and Africa is looking for a
Marketing Specialist (m/f) MEA Region
Ihre Verantwortung
- Develop and implement country and distributor specific marketing strategies aligned with MEA and global priorities
- Work closely with distributors to translate business objectives into effective local marketing plans and initiatives
- Support market development, product launches, customer segmentation, competitive analysis and go-to-market activities
- Drive a customer-centric approach, identifying market opportunities and strengthening distributors’ downstream marketing capabilities
- Track marketing activities, effectiveness and relevant KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with commercial objectives
- Coordinate closely with MEA Sales, EMEA Marketing and HQ on regional priorities, campaigns, product strategies and best-practice sharing.
- Support distributor meetings, congresses, workshops, and strategic customer activities across the region
- Manage marketing communication activities including digital content, campaigns, promotional materials and regional communication.
- Travel may be required based on business needs
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Business or Marketing Degree or comparable, ideally 2-3 years’ experience in marketing communication in a medical device company (candidates with less experience may apply too)
- Keen interest in social media, influencer marketing, digitalization
- Proactive, driven individual that independently sets him/herself targets and follows through on the delivery
- Strategic and commercial marketing mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work effectively across different markets, cultures, and distributor organizations
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B distributor-driven markets is desirable
- Proficient in Arabic and English, French is a plus
