Where the data comes from
The basic data comes from public sources: the company's website, exhibitor directories, registers and trade associations. Every entry carries its source and the date it was last checked. New certificates and markings go through a plausibility check before they appear in the profile.
Whatever a company enters itself always takes precedence and is not overwritten by the automatic comparison. Incorrect or outdated details can be reported to the team of the World Centre of Medical Technology from any profile via “Report detail” — they are usually checked on the next working day.
Who is behind it
The World Centre of Medical Technology has been operated by Squadhouse Media since 2020 and is maintained editorially from Tuttlingen. The portal began as a picture of the Tuttlingen cluster, to which it owes its name. It quickly became clear that companies outside the region also benefit from standing alongside this cluster. Today the register is open to the whole of medical technology in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It continues the industry portal weltzentrum-der-medizintechnik.de.
