BREINLINGERs is an architecture and property practice in Tuttlingen, run by Ildiko and Markus Breinlinger. The company has existed for around 40 years and today employs more than 20 staff.
Its range of services extends from planning through construction supervision to management: architecture and new build, refurbishment, financing and grants, sales, valuation, letting, estate agency and property management. The architectural services are provided in cooperation by Dipl.-Ing. Ion Ionescu, freelance architect. The practice works closely with local trade businesses, structural engineers, surveyors, energy consultants and specialist planners.
The practice realises its own construction projects and property developments in the Tuttlingen, Lake Constance, Sigmaringen and Villingen-Schwenningen areas — among them a medical centre in Emmingen-Liptingen with a doctor's practice on the ground floor and a multi-generation building with 30 units in Tuttlingen.
