EUROFLEX is a world-leading supplier of high-precision tubes, wires, sheets and components for medical technology. The company was founded in 1993 and belongs to the G.RAU group with around 2,000 employees worldwide. As an expert in solutions using NITINOL and other innovative materials, EUROFLEX is a partner to numerous medical technology companies; the semi-finished products become vascular supports, heart valves and a wide range of flexible medical instruments.
Nitinol combines the shape memory effect with superelasticity; the alloys are available superelastic or as a shape memory alloy with transformation temperatures from −15 °C to +80 °C. The Nitinol tubes come in three generations up to HCF-SE quality with improved fatigue behaviour, compliant with ASTM F2063. In the international PRIME project EUROFLEX works with leading companies in the sector on the consistency, scalability and performance of Nitinol materials.
A management system certified to DIN EN ISO 13485 secures quality. As an officially certified known consignor, EUROFLEX handles air freight quickly and securely; a stock list with several hundred items of tubes and strips, a web shop and a US warehouse ensure short delivery times for sample and development quantities.
