ILG Medizintechnik is based in Durchhausen near Tuttlingen and is run as a family business in its third generation. A team of experienced specialists and engineers develops individual solutions that work reliably in the operating theatre, in the laboratory and in industrial use — close to the customer and with an understanding of the application down to the last detail.
As an OEM partner, ILG manufactures surgical instruments exactly to specification, from first samples to series production. The high degree of vertical integration allows tight tolerances, complex geometries and absolute reproducibility; round-the-clock manufacturing, short decision paths and internal coordination ensure flexibility and short delivery times. Modern CNC technology is combined here with handwork and experience.
In addition, CNC precision parts are produced for sectors with the highest requirements — from medical technology through aviation to mechanical engineering — as sample parts, small series or annually recurring framework orders, entirely in Germany. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 13485 and documentation is seamless.
