Schuler Medical is the medical technology division of Schuler Präzisionstechnik and specialises in the manufacture of high-precision implants for international medical technology OEMs. Its aim: technological excellence, certified processes and economical manufacturing — from prototype to scalable series production.
The company manufactures implants for orthopaedics, osteosynthesis, spinal surgery, traumatology and dental technology, such as angular stable locking screws, polyaxial and cannulated pedicle screws and cortical screws. Support begins in the development phase with design-for-manufacturing expertise and leads into validated series production on a highly automated machine park, with powerful logistics for security of supply both regionally and worldwide.
The basis is a quality and process management system certified to ISO 13485 with a zero-defect strategy — documented, validated and traceable from incoming material to the fully inspected implant.
